We have been in business for well over 10 years and still going strong.
Which address will be used for delivery, billing or shipping?
If you fill in only the Billing address then the billing address will be used, if both are filled in, you can change at checkout where to deliver your package.
How do I login or register?
You click on My Account which will take you to where you can log in or register your account.
How can I change my delivery details?
Once you have logged in, you can navigate to account details, orders, order number and from here you can change address, or you can change the address while at checkout.
How can I change my account details?
Once logged in, click on “My Account”, then account details on your dashboard. From here you can change Name, Surname, Email, Display name, and password.
Do you delete in-active accounts?
We do not delete any accounts for any reason, your account will be here will all previous orders.
Can I register at checkout?
Yes you can register an account at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
You, you can change your delivery address from registered address at anytime before your order ships. You cannot change your delivery address once confirmation of package is out for delivery.
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We accept direct bank transfer, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards only at this moment.
For a bank transfer, how long do I have before my order is cancelled?
Customers have 24 Hours from the time of checkout to do a payment for bank transfer, if Proof of Payment is not received, the order will be cancelled.
Do you offer loyalty or reward points?
We do not offer this at the moment, but in the near future, it is something we will certainly implement.
Do you offer lay-bys?
No, we do not offer lay-bys.
Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?
We do, however, you can only have a change of mind if you have not yet paid for your order, which leaves you with 24 Hours before the complete order is cancelled.
Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what the customers are entitled to by law?
We only cover defects, damaged goods, and goods that do not fulfill the purpose, or are otherwise unfulfilling.
To where do you ship?
We currently ship all over South Africa.
How do you price courier fees?
All orders above R500 are shipped for free, fees are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my package?
Your packages can be tracked on our Courier’s website, a link will be available under account details.
Do you ship packages internationally?
No, we only operate and ship in South Africa.
